Elementary: Nan Bunnow, Principal, Franklin Elementary School, Appleton
Middle Level:  Kim Pahlow, Theisen Middle School, Fond du Lac
High School: Kathleen MacDonald, Principal, Nathan Hale High School, West Allis

Nan Bunnow first became a principal in 1997, and has led Franklin Elementary School for the past 4 years. Nan is known for her passion for and consistently positive attitude about the future of public education. As her colleagues state, Nan "makes positive imprints on the hearts, minds and lives she touches."

Kim Pahlow began her career in administration in 1997 and has been principal of Theisen Middle School since 2004. Kim’s district administrator states that Kim, "is caring, kind and considerate and has a strong personal mission to help and support all students, staff and parents to succeed."

Kathy MacDonald has worked in the West Allis-West Milwaukee school district for over 30 years, her last seven as principal of Nathan Hale High School. She is known as an exemplary administrator who is a model of enthusiasm, sincerity and kindness.
