WFEA

This foundation was created to perform certain functions for, and to assist in carrying out the educational, scientific, and charitable purposes of the AWSA.

The Wisconsin Foundation for Educational Administration funds education research and the professional development programs of the Association of Wisconsin School Administrators, to support AWSA’s mission of increasing the knowledge of our members in order to provide the best possible leadership to schools and the children they serve.

AWSA’s highly-regarded professional development program brings top-notch educators, researchers and academics to Wisconsin for conventions and conferences. Today’s tough education issues are discussed, dissembled and solutions sought. It is only through this exchange of information and ideas that all children will one day receive the best possible opportunities.

Educating Generations: A Memorial Giving Program

AWSA members have dedicated their lives to education: teaching, leading, supporting, developing character, and preparing students to be citizens of the nation and the world.

The honorable mission of an educator never ends.

It continues for generations through the lives you have touched: the lives of students, staff, colleagues and community members.

Your mission is our mission. We encourage you to support the Wisconsin Foundation for Educational Administration to bring this mission to generations of school leaders and the students they serve. You may choose to participate in the following ways:

Friends of the Foundation

Friends of WFEA support its continued mission by contributing to the WFEA. Friends of the Foundation will be recognized annually in one AWSA publication to members.

  • Founder:    $5,000

  • Benefactor: $2,500

  • Partner:       $1,000

  • Supporter:   $100-$500

In Memoriam

Memorial Gifts recognize the passing of an educator who served the AWSA/WFEA during his or her life and career. Memorial contributions may be specified by the family of the deceased, or made privately in memory of those who dedicated their lives to the profession.

A Legacy of Giving

You may choose to designate WFEA as a recipient of a gift of your estate, and in this way, continue to give to generations long after you are gone.

Examples of planned giving include:

  • Naming the WFEA as a beneficiary of a life insurance policy
  • Including the WFEA in a trust or a will
  • Designating the WFEA as an organization to which to make memorial gifts.

All contributions to the Foundation are tax deductible as allowed by law as a 501(c)(3) organization.
