Our tech-tip webinar series, led by Rita Mortenson and Jason Rubo, will start again this fall. Topics covered over the course of the year are below. Each one hour webinar is free for Network members and is recorded, so you can learn at any time that works for you.

Rita Mortenson is the Educational Technology Coach for Verona Area High School. She is an Apple Distinguished Educator, a Google Innovator, an ISTE Certified Educator, serves on the Discovery Education Network Leadership Council, and is a National Board Certified teacher with an MBA degree. She is also an ISTE Leadership Community Member and is a member of the SLATE Advisory Team. She loves to incorporate technology in innovative and creative ways.
Jason Rubo is the Director of Technology for Verona Area School District. He recently moved to Wisconsin just over a year ago from the Chicagoland area, where he was a Technology Instructional Coach for the past four years. He was also named IDEA Digital Educator of the Year for 2020. He is a Google Level 1 and 2 Certified Educator and a Sphero Lead Educator, along with other certifications. He has always loved to find ways of using new technologies within his classroom and using it to engage his students, and now he is doing it on a district level.
